I’m Danielle (Ayana) James – Professional Development Coach, Theologian, Ordained Clergy and trained Organizational Development practitioner. I’m super excited to launch MonogramLEADERSHIP my newest ‘impact venture‘ striving to elevate the lives of professionals inclusive of diversity of people, industry, academic discipline and sacred wisdom.

Perhaps like you, I’m on a personal and professional mission to live on purpose!  The goal is to weave together the strands of experience, heart, thought, body and mystery into a life story that creates joy and is meaningful.  I absolutely light up when I’m coaching ambitious, humble, driven and curious humans. There are so many of you who are nudging families, communities, organizations and self toward glorious realities. And you are taking the faithful step by step approach to accessing and liberating that light within to be our better selves.

MonogramLEADERSHIP is the coaching studio of curiosity, thought exploration and practices of purposeful living and leading.  Developing you personally and professionally you get to be your better self in all areas of life. We want to do this engaging what’s raw and real about the many facets of being human.

The dream, is to build Monogram Leadership to be an effective incubator to support and enrich the life journey of people who make an impact..  By coaching and resourcing both the personal and professional dimensions of leadership, we get to bless the world with leaders more purposeful, passionately and with powerful presence.
