Monogram Leadership

I was new to coaching when I started working with Ayana.  I was immediately struck by the way she radically embraced all of who I am and all the content I bring to our sessions. I quickly felt safe in my vulnerability with her and in bringing my full self without fear of judgement. As we work together she consistently affirms and reflects back resources and skills in me that I am able to see, but struggle to own. Through these affirmations and her skillful journeying with me, I show up in my ministry more fully, and further actualize my call in the world with courage and confidence.
